G. Elias & Co Solicitors occupy two floors in the NCR Building on Broad Street in Lagos with one floor serving as the Work floor and the other is used for Reception and Client interface. As Legal Practitioners serving the Corporate and Finance Industry, their brief was to create a welcoming and impressive Reception and Client interface floor that accomodates a reception area, a main audio-visual conference room, two meeting rooms, a dining room and some other ancillary function areas.
Using of timber fins and glazing to define each area, we achieve a contemporary feel with a touch of the tropics. Extensive use of obscure glazing permitted the flow of daylight between spaces whilst ensuring the privacy required by each room function. The result is prestigious and delightful, yet affording visiting clients the feeling of Privacy and Professionalism that they would expect from their solicitor.
