The architecture of the exterior demonstrates traditional modernity through the use of natural stone clads at strategic areas to balance the calmness of the rendered walls.
The building accommodates BQ rooms and car parking at the ground floor,6 units of flats at the first and second floors, and 2 units of luxurious flats at the pent floor.
