This residential development features 16 Nos. modern terrace houses as a design solution to deliver the unique opportunities provided by the development of Bonojo Mews at Agboyi Road, Ogudu Ori-oke, Ogudu, Lagos.

Our design aim for this project is to maximize the land use for property development by ensuring commercial viability as well as create homes and environment that raises the spirit of the residents beyond the norms of the City.

On the scale of the architectural questions posed by the design for this development, we demonstrated space management ability by creating an environment that helps to inspire and elevate the spirit of the future residents with the best land use optimization technique.

Each of the town houses is elegantly designed to create a balanced ensemble of spaces for the maximum comfort and optimal end user experience. The design allows for adequate provisions for car parking for each house as well as well-planned general landscape of the entire property.
